The Cinema Consortium Digital Project is a digital capacity-building project, funded by an Arts Council Capacity Building Grant, for five film organisations in receipt of Arts Council Strategic Funding:

I was commissioned to lead and deliver this project. The capacity-building is being carried out through training, one-on-one consultancy, development of written guides, research, and a shared ‘digital reporting charter’.

Comprehensive shared digital reporting charter to improve measurement of digital activities and reporting to funders, including:

  • Framework for effective measurement of digital activities
  • Guide to priority metrics for each digital channel
  • Tutorials for finding the relevant data on each digital channel

Individual consultancy

  • Google Grant Ads project for IFI
  • Support with IFI homepage redesign
  • Email journey development for CIFF
  • Email journey development for access > cinema
